Scottish rider,Logan Turner makes his Sunflower Trophy debut at the Bishopscourt Racing Circuit , the up and coming youngster has been riding bikes or quads since he could walk and Racing mini bikes since he was 5 he was multiple uk minimoto champion with Mcintosh Minibikes in various classes before transitioning to an Aprilia rs125 age 13 learning his craft fighting for the formula 125 championship in Scotland ,
He has grown quite a bit since then, now being a lot taller than when he started racing 125s which allowed him to more easily transition to the Sv650 stocktwin in 2018 then the full on supertwin this year age 15 , after he was lucky enough to have his bike prepared by John Easton and his engine work done by Howard cross who both built the 2017/18 and current lightweight championship winning bike and engine of Torquil Paterson , for Logan to come 2nd this year is superb the engine builder is delighted both his engines 1&2 this year in the championship .. howard did all the work for free, which still amazes me he supported a 15yr old at such a high level but that’s Logan for you he’s fun to watch ..
Logan also receives a lot of support with race entries tyres and his helmet from Chris and family at MTS Tree surgeons in Dalgety bay in fife as well as his other sponsors without the support of them all none of this would be possible .
