McAdoo Kawasaki/Gortreagh Printing Team Agree 2020 Deal For Third Season Together.
McAdoo Kawasaki Racing are delighted to announce that Adamm McLean will race for the team again in 2020.
The 2019 season began so well with Adam dominating the Easter short circuit meetings and winning the Cookstown 100, but it all ended with a crash at Tandragee.
Although there were no really serious injuries Adams arm has taken longer than anticipated to heal. Thankfully, it’s almost back to normal, so we’re really looking forward to 2020.
Team owner Winston McAdoo: “We’re excited to continue into our third year with Adam after a very short season this year. Evenin those few meetings though he showed rapid pace and made big strides forward again, especially on the superbike, setting the fastest laps of the meeting at both the Cookstown 100 and Tandragee.
We have 100% belief in Adams ability to become a world class road racer and along with MSS Performance who will provide the best Kawasaki bikes available with a stable of 8 machines to select from.
Adam has already won international road ra es and we’re confident he can add to his tally in 2020.
Adam Mclean: “I am really happy to have my 2020 plans sorted at this early stage. We have unfinished business to complete next year after my injuries this season. I’m almost back to full fitness and can’t wait to get back out on the McAdoo Kawasaki bikes built by MSS Performance as soon as possible.
I hope to race at selected road races next year but will also compete at BSB in the superstock class where I know I can be competitive.
Ive finished on the podium there before and it can only add to my experience and pace. Roll on 2020!
