Indomitable Jonathan Rea crowned World Superbike champion for record sixth time at Estoril in Portugal

The Kawasaki rider incredibly finished fourth despite starting from 15th place on row five after crashing during qualifying. Rea only needed a top-13 finish to guarantee the title but the championship was effectively over

Next year’s North West 200 could be delayed until September as Covid-19 poses ‘major challenges’

Ryan Farquhar recognised in Queen’s Birthday Honours list with British Empire Medal
