2021 LICENCE APPLICATIONS UPDATE (MEDICAL)
SUPER A and FIM Licenses normally require an annual full medical assessment. However, in the current circumstances we must be reasonable and pragmatic but also precautionary in our approach given the difficulties being experienced in booking medical appointments and riders self-isolating and unable to attend their normal doctors etc.
The current dispensation we introduced for our national licenses requires a confirmation that there has been no significant change in the rider’s health since their previous medical and this dispensation now applies to those riders who are renewing their license and who had a medical report in 2019 or 2020. This will also apply to those riders applying for a Super A and FIM Licence.
First time Applicants for a National licence will require a medical self-declaration and Doctors report.
