Iddon Wins Sunflower Opener.

Christian Iddon won the first of the weekends superbike races today at the Sunflower Trophy races. Almost half the competitors either did not start or pulled out after the first lap in the difficult conditions due to standing water around the County Down circuit. Sunflower Trophy Charles Stuart

Former Irish Superbike Champion, Charles Stuart, conspicuously absent in recent months, will return to the fray at the 42nd Sunflower Trophy Races this weekend. Stuart will be on board the JMcC Roofing Kawasaki superbike as previously ridden by the 2019 USBK Champion, Carl Philips who won no less than eleven races, before parting from the team.
